The Hatha Flow yoga classes are for everyone! Each class provides you with an overall workout from breath-work (Pranayama) to total relaxation, releasing tension and stress and improving your strength and flexibility along the way.

For one to one tailored yoga sessions, as well as nutritional consultations please contact me for an appointment. I also offer seated acupressure massage therapy specifically designed for the back, neck, shoulders, the arms, hands and scalp to relieve deep tension and aid relaxation.
