Hatha Flow Yoga Classes
Our Hatha Flow yoga classes are for everyone!
Each class provides you with an overall workout from breath-work (Pranayama) to total relaxation, releasing tension and stress and improving your strength and flexibility along the way.
Full support is given for those who have specific illnesses or injuries.
Hatha Flow: Tuesday evening 19.30 and Wednesday morning 10.30am
This class is for 1 hr 15 mins. It is designed for everyone and we make sure the class is different each week!
Our main aim is to maintain health, flexibility and balance and increase strength both mentally and physically. It is a mixture of traditional Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow with a focus on the breath!
Restorative Yoga Classes
Our Restorative yoga class is for those who need or prefer a much slower paced class or those with lower levels of strength and flexibility.
It is particularly good for those recovering from an injury or in recuperation, as we use props to support the body in each pose
